Raj in relegation zone

Rajpracha have dropped into thirteenth spot, the final relegation spot, after PTT Rayong's surprise 2-0 victory over Customs FC at the weekend. The league table now looks like this:

Raj must play Narathaiwat away (Weds), RBAC at home (Sat) and Khoen Kean home (Saturday next week).
PTT Rayong must play Khoen Kean home and RBAC away.
Chantaburi must play Air Force home and Chula Utd away.

Raj's fate is in their own hands. If they win all three games they will finish above Chantaburi.

Updates

Raj travel to Prachinburi, near the Cambodian border on Sunday. For the second time in a week, work commitments will stop me attending the game. However, I will attend the game between Nonthaburi and Rangsit on Saturday.

Like every other game scheduled for this weekend, the match between Khoen Kean and Raj has been postponed. This could well work in our favour. KK are one of the stronger teams in D1, having missed out on promotion by a whisker last season. A long journey to a top side would be a very tough opening day test for the youngsters at Raj. As I've mentioned before, the squad is so young that the start they make is even more crucial to their confidence than it is for your average side.  Now we have a home game against Suphanburi to begin with instead.

Rajpracha's coach Prapan Premsri has announced the squad is fit and needs no additional players. I hope he's right on both accounts.

Rearranged fixtures

The retards staff at Thai FA have decided that it is in the best interests of everyone to rearrange all the D1 (and other) fixtures, just two weeks before Raj were due to kick off.

No reason has been given though I suspect that TV coverage or stadium preparation will be used as an excuse. This despite the fact that we are coming off a five bloody month break and the TV coverage was announced months ago.

Here then is a totally unofficial revised fixture list. I accept no responsibility for face, money, time or virginity lost as a consequence of using this list.
